Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the bespoke, subjective nature of products sold on this website, I handle returns, refunds or exchanges on a “case-by-case” basis, and there is no “no questions asked” return policy. I will of course, work with you to address any objective, quality or damage-in-transit issues.
Please rest assured that your satisfaction and enjoyment of the work/art remains my priority, and if, for some reason, you need to cancel your order before it ships, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the received product, please send a request/pictures (no later than 7 days from receipt) to nishant.vats@gmail.com, and I will try my best to address your concerns.
Order Cancellation: If you change your mind and would like to cancel a product before it ships, please send a request via email. If a bespoke/preorder product is not already in production, I should be able to accommodate the request.
Manufacturing/printing defects: In case of any obvious, objective defects of this nature, you may be offered a replacement, or a refund. Should you opt for a replacement, such replacement products will ship at no additional cost to you, but using the most economical mode of shipping available. Should you opt for a refund, original shipping costs are not refundable.
Products/prints damaged in transit: In such cases, depending on the severity of the issue and a reasonable, mutual assessment of the manner in which the damage impacts your enjoyment of the product — a free replacement may be offered, or a partial refund issued, with no returns required.
Refunds
If an order is cancelled before shipping ( by emailing nishant.vats@gmail.com ) or in case of a full or partial refund offered due to quality concerns / transit damage, the issued refund will be applied to the original mode of payment.
Refunds should reflect in your statements within standard processing timelines, depending on the method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns & Replacements
When a replacement is offered, it will be at no additional cost to you, shipping included. Replacements are not conditional on return, and therefore, there is no “returns” policy on this website.
If you still wish to send back a product instead of disposing of it, shipping would be at your own cost, and the product can be shipped to:
