Afternoon Teesta

Sikkim, 2010. Served as an appetiser for a month in Gangtok. This is actually closer to Bagdogra (in West Bengal) than Gangtok. In 2010, I had the good fortune of being offered a month’s stay (and work teaching “Design Thinking”) in beautiful Gangtok. Taken from the helicopter while flying towards Sikkim, this shot (one of the few I managed before the excitement and the rain got the better of me) is a taste of the Teesta river emerging from the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas.

I will be making some of these photographs available as limited edition Art Prints in the future. This photograph is currently not available as an Art Print.
